1. Thank you very much for my order, it met my expectations 100% 2. It was luck of information about the order - was it processed or not, how fast it will be send, when I can expect to get it, etc. it is solved by most of internet shops (Chinese, Ukrainian, etc) and customer has enough info. The friend of mine wanted to place his order few month earlier, but he was frighten that he will lose his money. I persuaded him by placing my order together with his one, and paid my own money for his order as well. And still, I didn't feel comfortable with information flow, despite the fact that I make around 50% of my purchases in internet...
